Job Summary :

The Workforce Services Associate position requires a strong analytical background and the ability to oversee the day-to-day processes of the HR department including, but not limited to, policies & procedures, payroll, time management and more; requires in-depth knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Working knowledge of all applicable federal and state employment laws to ensure compliance. This position requires 3 days onsite in the Princeton office.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• HRIS Administration - Update and maintain HRIS (Success Factors) with new hire and employee changes information; maintain system and user security; create and generate standard and ad hoc reports; resolve employee system issues
• Policies and Procedures - Assists in the adherence of policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations -Assists Manager of Workforce Services, HR Director and HRBPs in law compliance and equitable treatment to all employees as it pertains to payroll processing. Answer all employee questions in a timely manner and provide guidance to policies and procedures when necessary.
• Payroll - Working with the Payroll Administrator, participate in the bi-weekly process to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Help to resolve tax discrepancies, audits
• SOPs - Create, update and maintain SOPs for Workforce Services functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
