About the Role

• Create personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise
• Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we exceed their expectations
• Develop and implement medication plans, maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
• Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
• Proven experience in nursing, with knowledge of laws and regulations related to long-term care
