About the Job:
SUN is a commercial printing company offering offset & digital printing, creative services, web-to-print solutions and more. The staff at SUN is friendly, and each day buzzes with excitement and hard work. Your role would be to work directly with a handful of customers via email and phone to process their orders. Essential Job Functions:
- Provide superior service and develop relationships within accounts.
- Receive inbound calls and emails.
- Work directly with customers in handling requests, answering questions, and taking orders.
- Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and provide resolutions.
- Initiate order entry, prepare and complete work orders, and follows through on scheduling.
- Record accurate, complete and thorough information on work orders and other documentation.
- Work efficiently both individually and in a team environment.
- Maintain a well-organized work area.
- Assist with data inquiries, quotes, billing, reports, and other assignments received from team members.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assist with simple production tasks to meet production deadlines.
- Work up to one (1) hour of overtime for any day when an assignment needs to be completed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skill in operating a multi-line telephone system.
- Skill in exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities.
- Knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Skill in oral and written communication and an articulate telephone manner.
- Ability to be organized, accurate and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Skill in using Microsoft Office software, and Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Ability and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to display a positive, professional, and flexible attitude.
- Skill in mathematics and visual coordination
Education and Experience:
Minimally has a two (2) year degree or graphic communications degree, or equivalent; or has at least five (5) years of proven experience in exceptional customer service in the printing industry.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PRINTING INDUSTRY.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
