Main Goal: Increase Sales Revenue & Sales Efficiencies across SPF’s territories
Current Territory Breakdown: Miami, FL Sarasota/Bradenton, FL Fort Myers/Naples, FL, Charolette, NC, Dallas, TX
SPF Responsibilities Include:
- Manage SPF Outside Sales Representatives (current & future)
- Hold coaching sessions with each sales consultant depending upon tenure/performance
- Field daily phone calls, emails, and notes from Outside Sales Consultants pertaining but not limited to
- T.O.s and discounting questions
- Sales strategy/closing questions
- Handling upset clients (in collaboration with Head of Customer Success)
- Collaborate with VP of Sales on:
- Outside Sales Consultant (OST) performance
- MTD Revenue vs. Quota
- RPA
- Closing Ratio
- Processes and procedures to improve sales-to-production efficiency
- Territory revenue budgets
- Territory revenue goals and how to achieve them
- OST quotas
- Documentation to hold sales consultants accountable
- Continued learning through coaching conversations & SPF Sales Academy
- New product introductions
- Manage and Collaborate with the Sales Growth Specialists (SGSs) on
- SPF Sales Training Documentation
- Physical and online resources for consultants to reference
- Eloomi training modules for technical training
- Training consultants on “The SPF Way” of selling, closing, and negotiating
- Ride-alongs in each territory
- Education on how to set up the installation teams for success
- Keep Outside Sales Consultants up to date on all internal changes pertaining but not limited to
- CRM/Salesforce
- Sales-to-production processes
- Consistent mistakes and errors
- Quote building
- Ability to manage time and recognize top priorities is essential to SPF Sales Managers
- Have a clear understanding of revenue goals & identify territories with clear opportunities for refinement & revenue growth
- Focus on new territories, new sales consultants, & lifting the territories that clearly need the most attention
- Make adjustments as necessary to create the most efficient and effective sales teams
- Review areas of opportunities weekly with VP of Sales
- #1 Priority is to:
- Increase sales revenue in current and future SPF territories.
- Meet budget revenue in each territory (and future ones)
- Hold sales consultants accountable for the most up to date SPF Outside Sales Consultant Expectations document.

- You are always professional in communication and presentation
- Preferred 1-3 years of in-home sales experience
- Preferred experience in home improvement sales
