Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead a district of multiple salon locations
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Lead and motivate the salon leadership team and employee
Provide guidance and support to salon managers to help them achieve their goals
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
Manage profit and loss for the district, to ensure financial targets are met
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor sales initiatives
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, project management, or business development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel within the district as needed
