Job Title: Machining Trainer / CNC Trainer
Duration: up to 12 months contract (with the possibility of extension)
Location: Charleston, SC 29401
Work Schedule: First Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $27.95 - $31.05 per hour on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.]

Job Description:
- Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
- Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
- Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
- May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
- Continuously revises lesson plans
Skills Required:
- Thorough knowledge of marine machinist skills (precision measurement, drilling and tapping).
- Ability to communicate effectively with adult learners and to maintain good relationships with staff and students.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
