The Wholesale Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales by generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This role involves conducting product demos, attending trade shows, and maintaining direct communication with clients and prospects to understand their needs and recommend solutions. The Sales Representative may also assist in developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
To succeed, the ideal candidate will be service-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our products compellingly. A positive attitude and quick learning ability are essential.
Responsibilities :
Manage and execute wholesale sales strategies within the Ohio market including Cincinatti and Columbus
Prospect, qualify, and develop accounts through solution-based selling and sales demos.
Manage the full sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals.
Track performance and sales metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Identify and develop new sales opportunities, build rapport, and provide technical information.
Address customer objections and needs.
Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
Stay informed on cannabis industry regulations and compliance concerns.
Participate in ongoing product education and professional development.
Support additional projects / tasks as needed.
Flexible schedule required (evenings, weekends, holidays, special events).

Qualifications :
3 years of experience in outside sales.
Must be based in Ohio.
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.

High emotional intelligence and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions :
Primarily road based, with occasional overnight travel
Frequent sitting in a car for extended periods.
