What You'll Do:
- Support our accounting team with a variety of administrative and basic accounting tasks.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting duties to help with internal reporting and improve departmental efficiency.
- Participate in audits to safeguard real estate escrow transactions and company assets.
- Run errands and sort/distribute daily incoming mail and other items.
- Perform data entry tasks within the title software and scan documents to the electronic filing system.
- Address basic or routine account inquiries and perform time-sensitive tasks for associates.
- Assist with the preparation of banking deposits and complete funds transfers.
- Perform basic accounts payable tasks, assist with vendor inquiries, and compile documentation.
- Help with daily bank account reconciliations and other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work with urgency to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic level proficiency in industry-specific software (Proform Select) is a plus.
- Intermediate level proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Education and Experience:
- Relevant associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative office position is required.
- Knowledge of the title, real estate, or mortgage industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally pitch-in to help with shared tasks such as restocking supplies or setting up office equipment etc.
- Ability to drive a vehicle to run errands.
