Keep It Moving – Manage the daily workflow, coordinating between customers and technicians to ensure efficiency.Be the Point Person – Greet customers, listen to their needs, and clearly explain services.Stay Organized – Maintain schedules, manage appointments, and oversee the service process from start to finish.Lead Communication – Provide updates to customers, relay information to the team, and ensure every detail is handled.What You Bring to the Table :
Strong organizational and time-management skills—you’re the one who keeps all the plates spinning!Excellent communication skills to build trust with customers and collaborate with the team.A proactive, solutions-driven attitude—you don’t just handle challenges; you thrive on solving them.Prior experience in customer service, secretarial roles, or management is a plus.
