What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Sun Valley Resort?
A Sun Valley Resort Housekeeper is responsible for keeping rooms and public spaces clean and sanitary for guests. In addition, a housekeeper ensures that guests have a clean and home-away-from-home experience while a guest is at the hotel. We are not seeking H-2B Visa employees at this time.
***Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for our Company***
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily housekeeper service for hotel rooms and condominiums, including changing linens, emptying garbage, replacing supplies, turning down beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- Stocking and Maintaining maid's closets
- Collection and sorting of linens
- Cleaning communal areas
- Special projects from Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights
- Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
- Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
