Job Title : HR Recruiting Administrator

Pay Rate : $27.61 - $38.05 per hour

Duration : 6-month contract

Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, payroll assistance, employee record management, and general HR support. This individual will also handle employee relations, benefits inquiries, and ensure compliance with HR policies. As a trusted partner, the HR Administrator will deliver outstanding service while implementing HR best practices. This role reports to the HR Business Partner Manager and demands a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring to meet organizational needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze KPIs to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Policy Administration : Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • HRIS Management : Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS, input updates, and generate reports when needed.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping : Organize, manage, and maintain HR files and employee documentation.
  • Administrative Support : Provide assistance with HR projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
  • Employment Administration : Facilitate onboarding and manage employment-related tasks.
  • Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and compliance matters.

Required Qualifications :

  • Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources or business-related role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with modern recruitment practices and experience with job posting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice).
  • Education & Training : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Preferred : Some college coursework in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or other HR specialties are highly desirable.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience are acceptable.
  • Skills and Competencies :

  • Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality : Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with ATS / HRIS systems.
  • Expertise in Recruitment : In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS management, and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Employment Law Knowledge : Understanding of employment laws and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically while being detail-oriented.
  • Certifications : Membership or association with HR organizations such as SHRM or PHIRA is a plus.
  • Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.

As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
