What You’ll Do

• Work with senior engineers to develop and implement quality programs that uphold the company’s standards
• Collaborate on PFMEAs and Control Plans to improve process and product quality
• Lead new product and process qualification projects, ensuring compliance with technical and customer requirements
• Conduct internal and supplier audits to verify compliance and resolve issues
• Analyze data and lead containment, resolution, and countermeasure efforts for quality issues
• Coordinate testing activities and provide reports to management and stakeholders
• Address customer inquiries, warranty issues, and drive resolution efforts to ensure satisfaction
• Champion continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen)
• Communicate with peers, management, and customers on technical quality issues
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., AS400/BPCS) and email tools (Lotus Notes preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and support lab test equipment
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive and analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement

Special Projects & Audits

In addition to core responsibilities, you'll work closely with senior engineers to:

• Lead supplier audits, assess training and readiness, and verify adherence to the company's quality standards
• Represent the company in engineering review meetings, and guide suppliers through corrective actions and process improvements
