Key Responsibilities:
As a Confirmation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing our script to confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
- Placing outbound calls to homeowners prior to our Sales Representatives' arrival dates to complete final appointment confirmations and ensure eligibility.
- Handling inbound calls and assisting homeowners with their inquiries.
- Problem-solving to address any concerns and provide solutions.
- Ensuring that all decision-makers will be present at the time of the appointment.
- Collaborating closely with the Call Center Manager to ensure an efficient schedule.
- Achieving an appointment set rate of at least 80%.
- *This is not a remote role.
Qualifications:
- Type a minimum of 35 words per minute (wpm)
- Proficiency in using technology CRM platforms like Market Sharp, Lead Perfection, Improveit360, Salesforce, etc. (We use Lead Perfection and will train right candidate.)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people.
- Willingness to learn about our industry and products.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.
- A pleasant and engaging personality that resonates with prospects.
