Description
The Billing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and ensuring accurate and timely billing. This position handles the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.
- Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices.
- Check the validity of debit accounts.
- Create and process credit memos when needed.
- Prepare, print, and deliver invoices to customers.
- Support other areas of Accounts Receivable as necessary.
- Communicates with co-workers, management, customers, vendors, and others effectively.
- Correspond with multiple departments, communicating needs
- Maintain spreadsheets related to rental billings and issues.
