Pre-Employment Screening

- Over see and lead Fabrication Team.
- Overhead crane and forklift usage.
- Types of welding include Flux core, stick welding, vertical up welding, overhead welding, out of position, arc gouge.
- Maintains internal quality standards and compliance with all safety factors.
- Complete production output level for the day/week.
- Elevate complex issues such as unusual nameplates and complex testing issues.
- Support monthly operational goals.
- Welding experience
- Welding test will be required before employment.
- Has good mechanical skills
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- Help team members resolve questions.
- A dependable and strong work ethic, work safely.
- Professional language and conduct at all times.
