The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top candidates that align with a company's business needs. They will collaborate closely and support HR department functions and administrative duties.
- Post vacant roles in HRIS/recruitment system
- Review resumes and applications to assess if candidates meet the required qualifications and job criteria.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Complete candidate reference checks
- Partner with HR/TA team members to understand their specific needs, develop job descriptions, and identify ideal candidates.
- Assist as needed with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Promote the company's culture and values to attract potential candidates.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to optimize the hiring process.
- Assist with temporary employee recruitment requests and partner with vendor agencies to fill positions.
- Manage recruitment event calendar and events. This will include event registration, planning, marketing, execution and reporting. Attend local and onsite recruitment events.
- Partner with the TA manager on the implementation and execution for the summer internship program.
- Perform administrative duties requested by TA and HR Manager.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience required, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience utilizing Indeed and UKG platforms preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team, hiring managers, and candidates
- Excellent sourcing and screening abilities to identify qualified candidates efficiently
- Proven interviewing techniques to accurately assess candidate potential
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Positive attitude, collaborative and detail oriented
