The Rental Division at Sunbelt Solomon is searching for a results-driven Territory Account Manager to oversee our booming South Territory. As a Territory Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. You'll oversee territory spanning New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi , with the ideal candidate based in Texas or Louisiana .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the territory.
- Manage relationships with existing clients while targeting new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain detailed account profiles for key clients to ensure personalized service and insight-driven solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders according to specifications.
- Plan and schedule customer site visits to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager team to guarantee seamless delivery and exceed customer expectations.
- Seek out and close new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, required.
- 3-5 years sales experience in electrical utility industry, preferred.
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- A dependable and strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding needs analysis, business development and closing skills

- Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy is essential with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite of products
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Sales team and with the Operations team
- High degree of professionalism and maturity
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
- Ability to take direction and accept responsibility
- Journeyperson Electrician (considered an asset)
- Experience with the SAPB1 ERP (considered an asset)
