(SLP or SLPA) Speech Language Pathologist Part Time or Full Time W/ Benefits- Bryant, AR Area
Key Responsibilities:
For SLP:
- Conduct detailed assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and manage individualized therapy plans for each student
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support holistic student development
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations to guide student progress
For SLPA:
- Implement therapy sessions under the supervision of the SLP, focusing on targeted communication goals
- Work with students in various settings, delivering therapy based on established plans
- Document and monitor student progress, reporting findings to the SLP regularly
- Assist in preparing and adapting materials for therapy sessions to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with the SLP, educators, and families to ensure each student receives comprehensive support
Qualifications:
- For SLP: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- For SLPA: Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience in a school setting is preferred for both roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to helping students achieve their full communication potential
