Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Payroll Clerk located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for payroll services, administration, management, handling payroll taxes, and basic accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.
This is a strictly in person role, working in the office at total of 20 to 25 hours, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- Payroll Management and Payroll Taxes knowledge (940 & 941 fillings)
- Basic accounting skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (Quickbooks Desktop preferred)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in payroll or accounting preferred
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
