Job Overview: As a valued member of the SunBuggy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes maintaining knowledge of our various rentals and being able to answer questions confidently. You will also coordinate with the Store Manager to take new reservations and check in customers with existing reservations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the store remains tidy at all times.
- Prepare necessary paperwork as per schedule and manage office supplies effectively.
- Assist with closing out contracts at the end of each day.
- Provide a warm welcome and orientation to guests upon check-in.
Qualifications:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster positive relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
- Hold a high school diploma and demonstrate basic math competency.
- Be capable of navigating directions and finding locations.
- Display clear communication skills through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
- Be physically able to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
