Job Overview
SunBuggy seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an ATV Rental Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of our rental offerings, and coordinating with our Store Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to store standards.
• Prepare and manage paperwork, including contracts and reservations, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with closing out contracts at the end of each day, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
• Greet and orient guests upon check-in, providing clear information about their rentals and expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, fostering cooperative relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with basic math competency.
• Show ability to navigate using maps and directions.
• Communicate effectively through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Demonstrate physical stamina, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
