Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food Server to join our team at Suncadia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing accurate and complete service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and communicating effectively with team members and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to guest tables in a timely and courteous manner
- Confirm guest orders and requests to ensure accurate service
- Stock and maintain supplies, including condiments and linens
- Work efficiently to meet high-volume demands during peak periods
- Collaborate with servers and bussers to ensure seamless service and resolve any guest concerns
- Adhere to Suncadia's standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington state food handler permit required OR ability to obtain permit within 30-days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and services
