Our client is a is a full- commercial construction company operating across Florida and North Carolina is looking for a top notch, experienced Corporate Controller to oversee every facet of company's financial services, the ideal candidate should be capable and prepared to transition into the CFO role within 5 years.
- Experienced Job Cost, Financial Transaction Processing, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls.
- Ensure accurate job cost processing and reconciliation, cost to complete and revenue projections.
- Prepare and maintain detailed forecasts and variance analyses to track project financial performance.
- Generate monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements with analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statement and forward-looking projections.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including 401K and ESOP 5500's and State Taxes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field. CPA or CMA a plus.
- Proficiency in financial software, Procore, Microsoft Excel, Teams, Sage Intacct, Miter Payroll, and Textura.
