Director of Post Construction Cleaning (Post Construction Cleaning)
Our client provides complete managed facility services including daily and weekly cleaning for facilities including hospitals, medical facilities, schools, office buildings, commercial warehouse spaces, and Homeowner's Associations, along with construction cleaning and marble services (move-in ready post construction cleanup for corporate buildings, residential properties, condominiums, home builders, complete marble care).
As Director of the Construction Cleaning Division, you will lead, direct, and manage the Construction Cleaning Division's daily aspects of sales and operations and projects of our construction cleaning portfolio – in the tri-county area. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the department's development and implementation of strategies for profitable growth.
