Position Overview:
SunChoice Solar is seeking two highly motivated Regional Sales Leaders to join our team. These leaders will be based in Utah County (or surrounding areas) to remain close to our corporate office, but the role will require extensive travel to the states assigned to each regional leader. The ideal candidates will be dynamic, results-driven individuals who excel in both sales and team development. As Regional Sales Leaders, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and maintaining accountability across various regions.
Primary Responsibilities:

- ate and close solar sales opportunities by engaging with potential clients, presenting SunChoice Solar's value proposition, and guiding them through the sales process.Manag
- e the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, achieving individual sales targets while setting a high standard for the team.Recru
