What You’ll Do
Sunco is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Vendor Relations Manager to lead our vendor acquisition, partnership development, and listing management strategy. This role will be pivotal in expanding our product offerings by identifying new vendors, cultivating strategic partnerships, and overseeing an international team responsible for creating and managing product listings. A strong technology acumen, leadership ability, and a passion for building supplier relationships are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Identification and Partnership Development:
- Identify and vet new vendors and manufacturers to expand Sunco.com’s product catalog.
- Negotiate contracts and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors to meet business goals.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and manufacturers.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage an international team responsible for the creation and ongoing management of product listings.
- Oversee the international team’s daily operations, ensuring quality and accuracy of listings and optimizing team performance.
- Product Listing Strategy:
- Develop strategies to improve listing performance, visibility, and customer engagement.
- Ensure all listings are up to date with accurate product details, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor competitor listings and industry trends to ensure Sunco.’s competitive edge.
- Event Attendance and Industry Networking:
- Attend industry trade shows, events, and manufacturer meetings to source new products and vendors.
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance Sunco.com’s reputation in the industry.
- Technological Proficiency:
- Leverage advanced technology to streamline vendor relations, listing management, and performance analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize product listings and improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in vendor management, business development, or partnership roles.
- Strong leadership experience managing international teams.
- Expertise in e-commerce product listings and marketplace strategies.
- Technologically advanced, with proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel to industry events, trade shows, and manufacturer meetings. (Both domestic and international)

Compensation: $80,000-140,000 USD per year/hour
