Job Title: Shop Foreman

Location: Suncoast CJDR – Seminole, FL

Compensation: Based on experience (flat rate bonuses available)

As our service department continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations, support our techs, and maintain the highest level of repair quality and productivity.

Job Summary:

The Shop Foreman is responsible for managing the flow of work in the service department, assisting technicians with diagnostics and repairs, and ensuring that all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role bridges the gap between the service advisors, tech team, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch work to technicians based on skill level and workload
• Support technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Maintain productivity and efficiency by managing time and repair flow
• Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and service advisors to clarify repair concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Ensure safety procedures and dealership standards are followed at all times
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new technicians

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technician; prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and manufacturer guidelines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive shop culture
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
