As an Enterprise Professional Development Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering growth, learning, and career development for our team members and leaders. You will develop and deliver course content and perform related administration. You will create effective digital learning material through cross-media design including eLearning, technical writing, video, and live facilitation to meet organizational requirements and audience needs. Assist in maintenance and updating of Workday Learn, the learning management system (LMS) and its content for accuracy and relevance.
Responsibilities
Develops and conducts employee development programs, as well as informational webinars on diverse topics for employees at all levels.
Develops and delivers leadership and strategic business content for executives, managers, and high potentials. Participates in succession planning and performance management.
Engages leaders and high potential employees in the application of advanced principles and concepts in business leadership.
Provides consultation to leaders regarding training support services and data that will facilitate staff and manager development.
Prepares reports and presentations that illustrate and document impact of development activity.
Conducts monthly Manager Spotlight sessions delivering updated practices for company managers.
Evaluates effectiveness of training programs on a scheduled basis with facilitators, audience, and subject matter experts. Utilizes course evaluation data to make improvements to course content.
Coordinate with Employee Experience and Employee Relations teams to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for employee performance to measure the effectiveness of performance management & improvement initiatives. Monitor and report on KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support the employee journey mapping project and career development, from recruitment to off-boarding, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience at each touchpoint.
Coordinates with Employee Experience team members to develop course design concepts that enhance program offerings based on engagement survey data.
Administers learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS) to efficiently communicate information, as well as organize curriculum and content in a concise and understandable display. Provides ongoing support and communication to the Employee Experience team.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to employee and leadership development Research and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the employee development at Suncoast Credit Union.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements.)
- 5 years of human resources, employee relations, or similiar experience in a role with employee experience focus
- Experience with various educational platforms and tools, including distance learning training tools, learning management platforms (CMS, LMS), computer based authoring tools, and other technologies required for department objectives
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or employee experience-related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data in a clear and meaningful way
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change and implement data-driven initiatives
- Previous experience in project management of training programs preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
- Ability to analyze and resolve difficult or complex problems
- Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
