Seeking a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The position involves answering the phone, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, getting authorizations and referrals, checking patients in and out, filing and pulling charts, collecting co-pays and patient balances, posting charges and payments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Job Duties:
- Checking in and out patients
- Scheduling
- Corresponding with other departments
- Pulling and filing charts
- Verifying insurance plans, getting authorizations & referrals
- Stocking supplies
- Answering and routing phone calls

- Inputting daily charges & payments
- Obtaining any authorizations & referrals needed
