Busy office looking for clerical help,
The person in this position would help with various office tasks ranging from filing, answering phones, payment collections, invoicing, Data entry and other related office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to handle/ prioritze multiple tasks accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Good team player
Our office is open Monday- Friday 7 to 4:30 and the hours for this position would fall accordingly. Pay is based on experience. We offer weekly pay and great benefits!
Reliability is crucial and experience is a plus !
