Job Title: Clinical Administration Float
Location: Assigned office

Role and Responsibilities
Clinical
- Provide coverage and support for back office, clinical teams as needed
- Support location will vary from day to day and can be subject to change on short notice
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies
- Assist Providers with basic/minor medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, inclusive of detailed and accurate medical history
- Guide patients through clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Ensure clinical inventory and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
- Assist with clinic QC checklist provided by the regional manager
- Provide direct/indirect new hire onboarding and training as needed
- Assist with coordinating staffing schedules that provide ultimate support for all related providers
Administrative
- Provide coverage and support for the front office as needed
- Support location will vary from day to day and can be subject to change on short notice
- Assist with Check-in/Check-out procedures, collecting payments and handling insurance inquiries
- Answer phones, schedule patients, work call reports, respond to patient inquiries and relay information to medical staff
- Manage patient appointments, utilization of full schedule and ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with clinic QC checklist provided by the regional manager
- Provide direct/indirect new hire onboarding and training as needed
- Assist with coordinating staffing schedules that provide ultimate support for all related providers
