Due to our rapid double-digit growth over the past few years, we are looking to add an Associate Product Manager to our Team.
Your Role with Suncor Stainless & Atlantis Rail:
The Associate Product Manager will be the hands-on product expert who will play a key role in communicating the product department’s programs, initiatives, project status and activation to key internal partners, including Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality Assurance and Customer Service. You come with a successful track record of cultivating both trust and influence with key stakeholders, driving results and building a product pipeline infrastructure for the long haul. What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop new product lines
- Perform quality controls on products by confirming measurements and specifications
- Conduct new product testing as required
- Field product updates and revisions to maintain product specification accuracy throughout all channels
- Assist in the development of instructions and training documents for internal and external users
- Prioritize and complete projects within defined timelines
- Provide project updates through shared project tracking sheets
- Coordinate with engineering and marketing departments throughout all phases of product development
- Suggest product enhancements to improve customer experience and product performance
- Create new product ideas through competitor analysis and researching current market trends
- Research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Offer technical support to marketing and sales as needed
- Assist customers with product questions
- Carry out a variety of product related tasks to achieve company goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- (2 ) years of experience in a similar role
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, computer science, or similar field
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Experience with project completion from start to finish
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of marketing research and data analyzation
- Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Superb time management and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with product animation using SOLIDWORKS (or like software) preferred
- Hands-on experience with marine, industrial, or architectural product preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
