Due to our continued success, we are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Associate Product Manager will play a key role in supporting product development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and innovation. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle management, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and launch of new product lines in collaboration with Engineering, Marking, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Conduct market search, competitor analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure product specifications and quality control by reviewing measurements, materials, and functionality.
- Manage product updates, revisions, and documentation to maintain accuracy across all sales and marketing channels.
- Develop instructional and training materials for internal teams and external customers.
- Track project progress and communicate updates using project management tools.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams as needed.
- Assist in identifying customer pain points and implementing product enhancements for better user experience and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in product management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with industrial, marine, or architectural products preferred.
