They are responsible for hiring qualified hospice personnel, provision of hospice services directly, delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations, and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The duties include but are not limited to : Implementing policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.Monitoring nursing staff performance and addressing any QA issues.Providing clinical policy and procedure support.Assisting the Director in identifying & resolving nursing department deficiencies.Monitoring implementation of correction plans.Qualifications : A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.5 years in healthcare industry preferred.2 years of experience working in Leadership.Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.RNDC#J-18808-Ljbffr
