In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our human resources function. You will be instrumental in:
- Elevating the Employee Experience: Designing and implementing innovative HR programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall satisfaction such as strategies around onboarding, offboarding, compensation, employee engagement, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Streamlining HR processes and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Enhance Onboarding: Craft innovative strategies that turn new hire experiences into engaging journeys of discovery
- Fostering a Culture of Growth: Creating and implementing engaging training programs that inspire professional development and align with our commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Championing Innovation: Exploring and implementing new HR technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
- 8 years of progressive HR operations experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in benefits administration, HRIS systems (particularly ADP Workforce Now and/or Paycom), and policy development.
- A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations including federal and multi-state experience.
- Proven experience with systems integration in a multi-platform environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
