Are you an experienced preschool teacher ready to take on a leadership role? Boones Creek Early Learning Academy is seeking an Assistant Director to join our team and help us provide exceptional early childhood education in a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Director with daily operations, including staff support, scheduling, and communication.
-Collaborate with teachers to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom --environment.
-Build strong relationships with families and maintain open communication to support their needs.
-Uphold and promote Boones Creek Early Learning Academy’s mission, values, and positive work culture.
-Step into leadership roles when the Director is unavailable.

Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
