Duties
- Supervise and manage the rehabilitation team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of rehabilitation protocols and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with managed care organizations to facilitate patient access to services.
- Conduct budgeting and financial management activities to ensure efficient use of resources within the rehabilitation department.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as necessary.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in rehabilitation practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in acute care settings, preferably in a rehabilitation environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing healthcare teams effectively.

- Experience with managed care processes and regulations.

Pay: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour
