Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our team at Willow Tree Care Center. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our occupational, speech, and physical therapy staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of occupational, speech, and physical therapy staff
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
- Maintain accurate records and reports concerning department budget and overall financial status
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote referrals
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy
- Certification as an occupational therapist, speech therapist, or physical therapist
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably with geriatric population
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
