Job Description
Sundance Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an HR Specialist with an empasis on payroll, to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to, processing payroll, maintaining employee records, collecting and processing employee compensation, managing nursing schedules, and other related functions.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in HR-related functions preferred and or 1-2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing setting.
- ADP experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and work interdependently with other facility leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically, making intelligent risks to help the team reach their goals.
- Great time management, ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
