Reclaim Associate

Join our team as a Reclaim Associate, where you'll be the superhero of screen cleaning, ink recycling, and pressure-washing our way to remarkable screen-printing.

Compensation: $13/hour

Full time position, no experience necessary. Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm [40 hours/week].

Overtime may be required based on workload and production demands. This position will be likely to have overtime or weekend work during the peak of busy season, running May-July.

We are looking for a dedicated employee that wants to join our Pre-Press Department. The responsibilities would include maintaining, operating and leading the reclaim area, including shop cleaning and maintenance schedule. Position requires being in a non-climate controlled environment utilizing pressure washers and large basin sinks to clean printing screens, and various other ink covered items.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• · Remove additional ink left on screens into the recyclable barrels
• Wash ink off screens, squeegees, and flood bars
• Remove tape from screens
• Soak the screen in the Supra for emollition removal
• Reclaim screens for future uses (remove coating/stencil with a pressure washer)
• General housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning
• Other tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time in a non-climate-controlled work area. The employee must be able to maneuver around printing equipment, narrow aisles, and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the employee to work in a wet environment, including working with water-based inks, plastisol inks, water, pressure washers and cleaners (PPE is provided as needed).
