We are a growing, non-toxic nail wellness brand with five locations in NYC and an award-winning product line. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for beauty enthusiasts while promoting self-care and wellness. We’re looking for a Partnership, PR, and Marketing Specialist to help increase foot traffic, boost brand awareness, and build strong industry relationships.


Position Overview:


The Partnership, PR, and Marketing Specialist will help drive our brand forward by developing strong partnerships, managing media outreach, and executing marketing campaigns that enhance our visibility and foot traffic to the salon. The ideal candidate is creative, has great communication skills, and is comfortable working with data to achieve measurable results. This role will play a key part in growing our brand and expanding our presence both locally and online.


Key Responsibilities:


Public Relations & Media/Influencer Outreach:

- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, bloggers, and influencers.

- Develop and share press releases and brand stories.

- Proactively pitch stories to secure press coverage and positive media attention.

- Manage media inquiries and ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone and values.

- Plan and organize press events and influencer meet-ups

- Research and apply for relevant awards and speaking engagements to enhance our PR exposure and establish the brand as a thought leader in the wellness space.


Partnership Development & Management:

- Identify and build partnerships with like-minded brands and influencers.

- Manage ongoing relationships to create successful cross-promotions and collaborations.

- Plan and execute partnership campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase brand reach.


Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and build brand awareness.

- Manage local store marketing and social media outreach to attract new customers.

- Track performance and adjust strategies based on data to achieve KPIs.

  

KPIs and Goals:

- Increase foot traffic to salon locations by at least 5% monthly

- Boost brand visibility in different channels

- Secure a target number of media placements and partnerships each quarter.

- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.


Event Planning & Execution:

- Plan and execute in-store and virtual events, such as product launches and community events at least every two month

- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure smooth event execution.


Report & Communications:

- Maintain a PR and marketing calendar for campaigns and events.

- Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with brand values.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

- 4 years of experience in PR, partnerships, or marketing (ideally in the beauty or wellness industry).

- Strong network of media, influencer, and brand contacts.

- Great project management and organizational skills.

- Data-driven mindset with experience setting and achieving KPIs.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
