Sunderlin Behavioral is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals with prior experience related to ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). Minimum educational requirement: BA or BS Degree
Preferred: RBT certified (Registered Behavior Technician)
Preferred: Previous ABA experience or experience working with the special needs population
Must be available to work weekday afternoons and occasional Saturday's
Must be willing to drive up to 45 minutes to on-site appointments
Our therapists work one-on-one with clients either in-home at school or in a community setting. We utilize highly structured, evidence-based treatment programs that are geared toward the client's specific needs. A Behavior Therapist uses the principles of behavior analysis to help clients improve social, play, language and adaptive skills, while helping to reduce challenging behaviors that get in the way of the client's every day functioning. The therapist is required to be reliable, maintain accurate data keeping and time sheets. Driving is also required, areas serviced: Boise, and surrownding areas.
Rate is commensurate with experience:3 months, 6 months, 1 year milestone bonus $$$
