Outagamie County is looking for a System Analyst I

Required Skills :

2-3 years of experience in the below :

• Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, responsibilities, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once.
• Strong project management skills, including excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, set clear objectives, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring to ensure

project success.

Nice to Have :

Duration of the Contract : Until 12 / 31 / 25 This position has the possibility to be hired on as an Outagamie County employee in a regular role at which time hybrid (remote and onsite) work would be an option.

Project Details : The Systems Analyst (IT) is responsible for planning, designing, documenting, and implementing information technology to support the ongoing needs of Outagamie County and its partners. Provide expert guidance, in regard to Outagamie County's selection and use of technologies. Maintains excellent working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in IT projects. Relies on extensive IT knowledge and professional discretion to achieve departmental objectives. Responsible for IT-related budgeting, strategic planning for supported Departments. Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding requests, diagnosing problems, and fixing issues while providing exceptional customer service.
