Key Responsibilities:
Online Marketing:
- Manage and maintain the company website to ensure it is up-to-date and optimized for user engagement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
Market Research:
- Analyze the company’s online reputation and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Propose innovative marketing solutions based on research findings.
Graphic Design:
- Design digital assets including social media posts, email templates, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and standards.
Collaboration and Initiative:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and solutions to improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media tools.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and data interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn about the trailer manufacturing industry and apply industry knowledge to marketing strategies.
