Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Commercial Loan Imaging & Quality Control Specialist in Austin, TX. The Loan Operations Specialist (LOS) - Imaging Specialist and Quality Control is responsible for reviewing account documentation, imaging, committing and verifying documents on imaging software and aiding others in retrieving that information.
- Image, commit and verify documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements in order to accurately review documents and create and verify documentation exceptions.
- Assist with property tax and insurance monitoring, 3rd party vendor coordination and delinquency reporting
- Communicate as necessary to officers and/or management regarding to document exceptions.
- Make adjustments, corrections and changes to document images.
- Fulfill special requests and answer questions for document retrieval.
- Responsible for proper document retention based on company and regulatory policies.
- Maintain file lists for existing loans, files moved to transfer and paid out charge-offs.
- Maintain original promissory notes for all loan types.
- Process Commercial Denials.
- Responsible for all vault filing.
- Process loan operations supply orders.
- Process Freddie Mac and TENA verification submissions.
- Maintain working knowledge of all imaging and filing procedures.
- Maintain high level of accuracy and working knowledge of user needs.
- Maintain knowledge and participation in the promotion of company’s products and services.
- Provide relief as needed to positions within the Loan Operations Area.
Education/Experience Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in computer systems, banking applications and loan documentation preferred.
- Must possess exceptional detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Must possess Word and Excel experience.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and accomplish goals in established time frame.
Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
