About the Role
Sunflower Construction is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

- ~ Proven track record of managing projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $50 million
- ~ Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes
- ~ Experience managing multiple subcontractors and vendors simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits
$120,000 - $150,000 per year performance-based bonuses
