Sunflower Development Center is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our dedicated team. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care through evidence-based practices including assent-based learning, naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBI), and pivotal response training (PRT).
Position Overview :
The Director of Clinical Services will oversee clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of care, and provide leadership to our clinical team. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with 3-4 days in-center and 1-2 days remote. The Director will supervise a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and ABA providers, with a primary responsibility for ensuring clinical quality across all services.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise clinical staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and OTs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Promote naturalistic learning and pivotal response training methodologies.
Ensure clinical quality, compliance with industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
Provide training, support, and mentorship to clinical staff.
Collaborate with families to ensure personalized, effective care for each client.
Oversee data collection, reporting, and analysis to measure client progress.
Qualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Licensed in Massachusetts
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of assent-based learning, naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, and pivotal response training.
Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams (SLP, OT, ABA).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and staff.
