Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week) Daytime hours
Location: Sunflower Development Center, Raynham, MA

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Supervise and train R/BTs and other team members.
- Provide direct and indirect support to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Monitor and analyze client progress using data-driven methods.
- Collaborate with families and team members (Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapists) to promote skill development and achieve meaningful outcomes.

- A current BCBA certification and licensure in Massachusetts.
