Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This position will provide essential IT help desk support and assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of our company’s hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Installing and Configuring: Set up and configure the company’s IT framework, hardware, and software applications.
- Maintaining Systems: Regularly check networks for errors, maintain computer systems and networks, and repair malfunctioning peripherals.
- Troubleshooting: Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Korean speakers required for communication with store managers and operators.:
- 한국어 가능자 필수: 매장 관리자 및 운영자와의 의사소통을 위해 한국어 능력이 요구됩니다.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
- 엑셀 및 기타 IT 도구 사용 가능의사소통 능력이 뛰어나며, 팀워크와 협업을 중요시하는 자, IT 지원 또는 관련 분야 경험자 우대
