Job Summary :
HR Generalist under the guidance of the Field HR Director manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : team member relations, training and development, recruiting, team member activities and other projects as assigned.Monday - FridaySupervisory Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing HR TeamPrimary Duties :
Recruiting and staffing.Performance management.Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.Team member orientation, development, and training.Policy development and documentation.Team member relations.Company team member communication.Compensation and benefit administration.Team member safety, welfare, wellness, and health.Team member services and counseling.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources position.Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written.Strong understanding of the California Labor Laws and federal requirements and regulations.Experience administering team member benefit plans, recruitment, and compensation plans.Bi-LingualPhysical Demands :
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
