This position focuses on working with pre-qualified leads, negotiating solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll engage with homeowners and business owners throughout Eastern Idaho that already have an interest in our services—your job is to build trust, highlight our value, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with both homeowners & business owners.
- Conduct fact-to-face sales presentations and finalize contracts.
- Clearly communicate service offerings, pricing, and project timelines.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Experience in outside sales and closing deals, preferably in Energy Management.
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
✔ Ability to build lasting client relationships and maintain account satisfaction.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals.
✔ Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools (preferred).
